The
MaxFx File Date Changer 2.3 is a small but powerful program that can
change the date and time of any file on your system, it will even do
block changes so that all the files in a particular folder can have
the same date and time, I use this file to organize my files in a
particular folder to the same date of manufacture, that way any
changes stand out.
