Creator 4.5 from MaxFx Software. Use Thumbnail Creator
4.5
instead of a graphic program to easily create thumbnails of your
*.JPG files to use in many different applications, including your
website.
The Thumbnail Creator was updated on 12th of January 2005. and again
on the 6th of April 2006, then once more this 4.5
version in April 2009
Added was Multiple File Selection, and the
creation of multiple thumbnail
jpegs....
